We know that the European Court of Human Rights, sitting on 20 November 2009 a panel of three judges (K. Hajiyev, Chairman, SE Jebens and G, Nicolaou) decided to declare inadmissible the appeal submitted on 12 November 2007. which was given a complaint number, because they satisfy the criteria of being "put me in the Convention. 

Considering all the items had my disposal. and the extent to which iian to assess merits Ion claims to "do you claim" the Court found no violation of the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Convention or 
Protocols. 

This decision is final and can not exert any efee appeal before the Court, including the Department Wide Chamber, sits any other institution. Therefore, the Secretariat will not be able to provide you with further details regarding the minutes of the Trilateral Commission or to respond to letters may be sent on the Court's decision in this case. You will not receive any documents from the Court on this matter and, according to the instructions of the Court, the case will be destroyed after one year from the date of the decision. 

This notification is made under Article 53 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Court.
